About the Event
King After 5: Cultivating Connections
Join us for an evening of networking and innovation at Boreal Farms!
Connect with local business leaders inside Boreal Farms’ unique geodesic greenhouse dome while getting a firsthand look at the future of food and farming. Attendees will experience on-site demonstrations featuring an autonomous farm robot and a large sprayer/seeder drone, while learning more about regenerative farming and the technology shaping modern agriculture.
Located in King Township, Boreal Farms is a small-scale regenerative farm where local food, education and innovation come together. Each year, approximately 1,000 students from York Region schools visit the farm to explore the future of food and farming through the lens of STEM.
